Chicken Salad (chicken recipes)

[b]Ingredients for Chicken Salad[/b]:

Chicken meat: 4 cups
Mayonnaise: 1 cup
Celery: 1 cup(chopped)
Green Onion: 1 (chopped)
pepper: half cup(minced green bell)
Pecans: 1 cup chopped
Salt: 1 tsp (seasoning salt)
Black pepper: to taste
Paprika: 1 tsp
Cranberries: 1.5 cups(dried)

[b]Method of preparation for Chicken Salad[/b]:

First of all take a bawl. Mix salt, paprika and mayonnaise. Blend in nuts, onion, ball pepper, celery and cranberries. Add the chopped chicken to it and mix it well. Season with black pepper. Chill it for an hour before serving
 
Roast Chicken with Rosemary (chicken recipes)

[b]Ingredients for Roast Chicken with Rosemary[/b]:

Whole chicken: 3 pounds
Salt: to taste
Pepper: to taste
Onion: 1 small
Fresh rosemary: 1/4 cups

[b]Method of preparation for Roast Chicken with Rosemary[/b]:

First of all preheat oven at 350F. Now season the chicken with salt and pepper. Stuff it with rosemary and onion. Place it into 9x13 baking dish and bake it for 2 to 2.5 hours in a preheated oven till the chicken is cooked and the extra juices is clear. The cooking time may vary if the size of chicken is larger. Serve hot

Chicken Chow Mein (chicken recipes)

[b]Ingredients for Chicken Chow Mein[/b]:

Chicken breasts: 8 oz ( boned and skinned cut to cubes)
Onion: 4
Pepper: half cup
Bean: 1 cup(sprouts)
Cabbage: 1 cup(chopped)
Water: half cup
Seasoning: to taste
Celery: half cup (sliced diagonally)
Mushrooms: half cup

[b]Method of preparation for Chicken Chow Mein[/b]:

First of all take a skillet and wipe it with oil. Put the chicken to it and fry it till it turns brown. Season it and add a little water to it to make it moist. Seperate the chicken from skillet. Now place pepper, mushrooms and celery in skillet. Add the left water to it. Cook it in simmer for 5 minutes then add the green onion, bean sprouts and cooked chickens. Now add the seasoning. Warm it a bit befor serving.
Makes a serving for 2.
 
Chicken with Lemon and Mustard (chicken recipes)

[b]Ingredients for Chicken with Lemon and Mustard (chicken recipes)[/b]:

Chicken breasts boned: 4 large
Lemonade: 1 CUP
Mustard: 3 Tbs
Egg; 1 beaten
Bread crumps: One fourth cup
Walnuts: One fourth cup
Flour: 1.5 Tbs
Chicken broth: Half cup
Heavy cream: One fourth cup
Salt: To taste
Pepper: To taste
Oil: For frying

[b]Method of preparation for Chicken with Lemon and Mustard (chicken recipes)[/b]:

Take the lemonade and marinade the breasts into it for an hour. Remove the extra lemonade and put it aside for sauce. Make the chicken dry and coat it with mustard. Then add the bread crumps to it. Now chill it for 2-3 hours.Pur oil in a frying pan and heat it. Fry the chicken pieces for 8-10 minutes and turn it in between. Remove it from heat. Now pour flour in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the leftover lemonade and make a broth. Cook it well. Stir it continuasly and add cream to it. Add the mustard and heat well in a pan. Season it as per taste. Now in the end put the chicken to it. Serve hot.
 
Chicken with Poppy Seeds (chicken recipes)

[b]Ingredients for Chicken with Poppy Seeds (chicken recipes)[/b]:

Cooked chicken: 4 cups (cut to small sizes)
Chicken soup: 1 can (cream)
Poppy seeds: 2 Tsp
Ritz crackers: 1 sleeve (finely crushed)
Butter: 1 stick
salt: to taste
Pepper: to taste

[b]Method of preparation for Chicken with Poppy Seeds (chicken recipes)[/b]:

First of all preheat oven to 350 F. Take a medium size baking dish. Spray it with non stick spray. Put the chicken in the dish. Now put salt and pepper to it. Mix poppy seeds, soup and sour cream and put it over the chicken evenly. Now sprinkle cracker pieces. Put melted butter over it. In fact drizzle the butter. Bake it uncovered for 35-30 minutes. Serve hot.
