Chicken breasts boned: 4 large Lemonade: 1 CUP Mustard: 3 Tbs Egg; 1 beaten Bread crumps: One fourth cup Walnuts: One fourth cup Flour: 1.5 Tbs Chicken broth: Half cup Heavy cream: One fourth cup Salt: To taste Pepper: To taste Oil: For frying
[b]Method of preparation for Chicken with Lemon and Mustard (chicken recipes)[/b]:
Take the lemonade and marinade the breasts into it for an hour. Remove the extra lemonade and put it aside for sauce. Make the chicken dry and coat it with mustard. Then add the bread crumps to it. Now chill it for 2-3 hours.Pur oil in a frying pan and heat it. Fry the chicken pieces for 8-10 minutes and turn it in between. Remove it from heat. Now pour flour in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the leftover lemonade and make a broth. Cook it well. Stir it continuasly and add cream to it. Add the mustard and heat well in a pan. Season it as per taste. Now in the end put the chicken to it. Serve hot.
