Chicken Chow Mein (chicken recipes)

[b]Ingredients for Chicken Chow Mein[/b]:

Chicken breasts: 8 oz ( boned and skinned cut to cubes)
Onion: 4
Pepper: half cup
Bean: 1 cup(sprouts)
Cabbage: 1 cup(chopped)
Water: half cup
Seasoning: to taste
Celery: half cup (sliced diagonally)
Mushrooms: half cup

[b]Method of preparation for Chicken Chow Mein[/b]:

First of all take a skillet and wipe it with oil. Put the chicken to it and fry it till it turns brown. Season it and add a little water to it to make it moist. Seperate the chicken from skillet. Now place pepper, mushrooms and celery in skillet. Add the left water to it. Cook it in simmer for 5 minutes then add the green onion, bean sprouts and cooked chickens. Now add the seasoning. Warm it a bit befor serving.
Makes a serving for 2.
